We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer to help us expand and improve our inbound and outbound marketing strategies. The marketing manager will manage day-to-day marketing activities and be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to raise awareness and generate qualified leads that result in business.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborates with senior management and leaders to create, develop and lead the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics that drive qualified leads. Coordinates timelines and schedules for their marketing campaigns and takes responsibility timely completion of activities.
Creates marketing strategy that is in line with company goals and objectives
Develops positioning and messaging for products and solutions in partnership with unit leaders and team members
Manage and improve lead generation activities
Creates the email schedule and strategy for all units of the organization.
Oversees the creation of valuable and engaging content and materials for multiple audiences that attracts and converts our target groups – works directly with content strategist, online marketing manager, and graphic designer to create and launch content.
Manages print projects and delivery of print materials in coordination with the graphic designer and print vendors.
Experiments with and measures the effectiveness a variety of marketing channels including social media posts and online advertising, making appropriate recommendations for future campaigns.
Measures, analyzes and reports performance of marketing campaigns, gains insight and assesses performance against goals.
Ensures consistency of marketing materials and content with CAEL brand identity and voice.
Analyzes market trends and recommends changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Reports to Director of Marketing and Communications.
Education and Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or Marketing; 5-7years of experience in copywriting, marketing strategy and public relations. Education is considered to include both the formal/traditional, as well as learning from life and work experience.

Proven client service experience and ability to facilitate marketing strategy sessions

Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, technologies and methodologies
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
